It is challenging every aspect of ourselves to live in these times. Disillusionment, great suffering for many, the war machine still at it, fear and greed, polarization and insane measures to keep control by the few. It is unraveling, the world built on an idea of separation, otherness, competition, fear.

You have come for this time to remember what has always been. You, we, are what the world needs right now. Simply authentic, awake humans piercing the veil, aware of their infinite and multi-dimensional nature and learning to upgrade and embody this power, knowing and Pure Source connection, the frequency of Infinity.

You are Energy. Light. Vibration. Your Source connection is pure and always available to you. You have come for these times where the Infinite you and your finite experience wake up together embodied.

Would you like to explore from this realization instead of all the distractions humans tend to get stuck in? That was. the plan of the separation and fear agenda. Keep them distracted and believing they are disconnected.

Well time is up. You are here and ready. There are many here now, lighting it up from the inside out. Your Senses are ready to be tuned up to this knowing, these frequencies of your Infinite Nature.

I am excited about this new series, it began to download just the last few days. It will be experiential in nature. Other worldly and extremely practical at the same time. The way we are learning to live now.

Each week we will focus on one of our senses and the subsequent “higher self,” the energy bodies expanded Sense Ability.

Week 1 – Your Eyes and Sense of Sight

Eyes and eyesight changes over time. We will tap into the energy body of our eyes and play with upgrading and enhancing our spiritual and physical sight.

Week 2 – Your Ears and Hearing Sense~

Hearing & Listening – What are you capable of hearing as your light body frequencies and energy body comes more online? Listening between the lines and dimensions:);)

Week 3 – Your Nose and Olfactory Sense –

Bombarded by unnatural odors, toxins, and other input, we may experience changes in our sense of smell over time. We will explore breathing, cleansing and energetic practices for the upgrade of your sense of smell and creating sacredness in your world through this incredible sense. We will use the sense of smell to calm the vagus nerve, balance your nervous system and access the expansion of opening fully, this magnificent sense of smell.

Week 4 – Taste –

Breaking patterns of tasting from rules and regulations about food and aligning with the nourishment of actual experiencing the abilities your sense of taste without censoring.

We will explore Re-awakening your life force in the body of your light body through how and what you allow yourself to TASTE. Taste is Flavor, savor, relish, To Savor is- taste to the full, enjoy to the full, delight in, take pleasure in, enjoy, appreciate, REVEL) Yum!

Week 5 – Touch –

Hmmmm Such incredible opportunity to unleash the potentials locked in your body! We will explore this sacred sense and how it has been called miraculous when spontaneous healing happens through touch. Everything is energy and vibration. We will explore the frequencies of various types of touch, contact and connection through this incredible sense and it’s abilities as you tune into your electromagnetic energy bodies of light. Honoring the sacredness of your body and unleashing the light and releasing the blocked energy of trauma or abuse.

As an Intrinsic Health Coach with Zach Bush’s Journey of Intrinsic Health, We will infuse the 8 point Journey with the Modules for each Sense Ability.

In this 5 week series, ww will play in realms of time, opening to our “future” self, our “past” self and our all the many aspects of our self, throughout eternity. Integrating parallel lives in the present.

We will explore sound, hacks for vision, inner and outer, toning, tuning in and up, silent and guided meditation, simple breath-work and movement.
