These days sessions are incredible. The times we are in call you to embody your soul light. Using sound and energy we remind you and the cells of your body of the high-frequency being you are. And help you embody more light, upgrade the DNA, and hear the voice of your soul, guides, Gaia, and Source connection. The programs of not-enoughness, fear, guilt, and hiding by playing small are becoming obsolete. It is safe and it is time to reveal who you truly are. Working with your energetic body through sound and light activation helps you to embody your soul light, heal, and receive clear guidance and instructions.

“The power that made the body heals the body.” We are electromagnetic multidimensional beings. Our physical bodies are upgrading to match our light bodies. Judy’s work is an honoring and activation of that process.

Sacred Art of Sound, Judy offers both in-person and online sessions based on the understanding that everything is energy and vibration.

Judy’s work incorporates the principle of entrainment, a law of physics that says that higher frequencies pull lower frequencies into themselves. As everything is energy, what is that tightness in your chest or heavy gut or pain in the neck, the sadness that overwhelms you or those old feelings of grief or guilt? Blocked energy. Humans store emotions, cellular memory, trauma, and tension in our bodies.

Sound and breath clears the blocked energy from your body. Each session is unique, Your body is like an orchestra and works better when tuned up. In these times of awakening, it is vital to harmonize your physical, emotional, and mental bodies with the incredible light of your soul. Sound, breath and light language support this integration and embodiment.

In-Person Sessions:

You’ll lie fully clothed on a rare monochord table—an instrument with strings underneath, tuned to support deep relaxation, emotional release, balanced hormones, and a parasympathetic nervous system that taps your body into its own innate healing abilities.

Online Sessions:

Experience the same powerful healing in your own space (minus the table), in the comfort of your own space. Remote work is very powerful.

60 minute – Sound & Breath Session

90-Minute Signature Session – Sound, Breath, and Intuitive and Channeled Guidance

Special Offerings:

Soul Connection for Parents and Children: 60 or 90 minutes – This offering is designed for parents who wish to deepen their connection with the soul of their child. Through intuitive guidance and sound frequency sessions, Judy will help you attune first to your inner wisdom and to your child’s unique energy and soul messages. Using sound tools like tuning forks, crystal bowls, and light language, this session fosters a deep opening to the soul bond between parent and child. You will learn simple practice for deep listening and soul communication.
Tune-Ups for Teens and Young Adults: 60 or 90 minutes – These sessions are especially effective for teens dealing with anxiety, depression, or confusion. Sliding scale and pro-bono options are available.
Addiction Support: 90 Minutes – As an addiction counselor, Judy offers deep compassion and effective sound healing for those in recovery or struggling with addiction. Sessions help you align with your inner truth and support your journey of recovery.
