Greetings & Blessings of love, delight, passion and joy!
So, I wanted to share about an experience I had in a restorative yoga class this week. I am lying face upon a pillow, totally supported in my posture sinking deeper into presence. I saw/felt a brilliant luminescent energy, it was vibrating brightly and it felt like and I was experiencing it as unconditional love, it was “me”. To the side of this energy was what looked like a grayish black oblong cloud, vibrating next to the luminescence. I asked inwardly, what is this. The answer came, “control” and with that I felt the density, the weariness, the frustration of control. Then control said to love, “you mean I can just let go” and LOVE SAID, “YES!” About a half of minute later, the yoga teacher placed his hand right on my back behind my heart. Feeling this as unconditional support from All That Is, from the divine masculine aspect of the divine, I sobbed in deep relief and surrender.
my friends, yes… let love say yes and welcome any thought form, idea, emotion, energy that thinks it is existing outside of love return to the love. All is welcome in the One Heart of Love.
As we complete our Surrendering the idea/belief that we are separate:
Sacred
Unraveling
Releasing
Restriction
Evaporating
Narcissism
Dissipating
Ego
Reality
We let go into what is so, our essence of love and complete and utter connection as love to All That Is! and then we experience:
Sweet
Unfathomable
Relief
Rising
Everywhere
Now
Disclosing
Eternal
Reality
